CONCEPT MAP:

A concept map is a schematic device for representing a set of concept meanings embedded in a framework of propositions. It is a diagram showing the relationships among concepts. They are graphical tools for organizing and representing knowledge. The technique for visualizing these relationships among different concepts is called "Concept mapping". Concept mapping is a technique for externalizing concepts and propositions.
